RISE N GRIND
opened in July of 2014, a late-night coffee shop on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Wilcox Avenue. Featuring brands such as Stumptown Coffee, Art of Tea, Homeboy Bakery, and Pressed Juicery.
The grind in the name also came from a wish to represent the city's skateboard culture, which plays into the space's decor with skateboard benches and more than 150 skateboards.
The coffee shop has also become a popular venue for artists, musicians, and stand up comedians doing multiple shows every week, such as the Acoustic Spotlight & Cup of JOkes.
